Primary Responsibilities

  • Leading analysis sessions with internal company stakeholders to determine their business requirements.
  • Analyzing internal company stakeholder’s requirements and identify the Dynamics 365/CRM application fit and gaps to their business.
  • Designing and implementing Dynamics 365/CRM configurations and enhancements to meet business requirements.
  • Creating new entities, forms, reports, dashboards within Dynamics 365/CRM.
  • Taking part in integration, data conversion and customization discussions with company stakeholders.
  • Working with developers and other technical resources to support technical efforts such as Integration, Data Migration, Dynamics365 Customization, Custom Reporting and Analytics.
  • Leading user acceptance testing sessions and train users how to use Dynamics 365/CRM.

Additional Responsibilities

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience with Dynamics CRM, certifications preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Portals (ADXStudio), Scribe, ClickDimensions a plus.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and creating design/functional documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Ability to work in a team-orientated/collaborative environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload, and adapt to new processes and procedures in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a reliable manner.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong customer service skills, and foster a high degree of end user satisfaction through the delivery of quality and timely service.
  • Ability to convey technical issues and material to non-technical audience.

Education, Training and Certification

  • 4 year degree in computer science, business, IT or equivalent.
