Thank you ABODA!!!!

Last week the ABODA team (Trin, Amy, and the nameless team members I could not thank personally) pulled off a miracle for Beyondsoft Consulting, Inc.

Last Wednesday, the rental furniture company removed all the furniture, linens, tableware, and etc. from one of our corporate housing units located at The Onyx Apartments in Redmond, Washington. I got a late night frantic call from my direct supervisor, Senior Vice President of U.S. Operations, that our team of six members returned to their empty apartment unit! We immediately put these important members at a local hotel and had the unenviable task of re-furnishing their apartment.

I called ABODA and luckily, Trin answered. I shut the door and essentially fell on my proverbial sword and begged, after telling Trin what had happened in the last 15 hours. Trin was incredible. He told me that his supervisor would get involved. The supervisor must have because Trin called me within hours to tell me that ABODA would come out on Thursday (less than 24 hours from calling them) to re-furnish the apartment. Trin told me that Amy would follow up AND she did.

I know that Trin, Amy, and the supervisor were directly involved in the logistics and communication but I also know that other ABODA members were heavily involved. I wanted to send out a big ‘thank you’ from Beyondsoft Consulting, Inc. to ALL those who were involved.
