NORTHWEST SUITES & HOUSING SERVICES PROMOTES GARY DUTTON TO NEWLY CREATED POSITION OF CLEANING SERVICES MANAGER
March 15, 2004 - Redmond, WA - Northwest Suites & Housing Services has promoted Gary Dutton to the newly created position of cleaning services manager, Director of Operations Marilyn Fink announced today.
In his new position, Dutton will oversee 39 employees and independent contractors responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of over 1000 housing suites in a manner that consistently exceeds guest and homeowner expectations.
Dutton joined the company April of 2004 as supervisor of the company’s carpet cleaning department. Since joining, he has introduced a number of service and systems innovations to enhance the efficiency and profitability of carpet cleaning operations, while introducing a number of customer service innovations that continue to delight Northwest Suites & Housing Services guests and retail customers.
Building on a solid base of well trained carpet cleaners and housekeepers, Northwest Suites & Housing Services has successfully expanded into providing a full range of quality cleaning services to both business and residential customers. Customers include Graebel Van Lines, Windermere Property Management, Prudential McPherson’s Real Estate, John L. Scott Real Estate, and a number of local apartment communities.
