NORTHWEST SUITES & HOUSING SERVICES PROMOTES MARILYN FINK TO VICE PRESIDENT
OF OPERATIONS
January 18, 2005 - Redmond, WA - Marilyn Fink has been named vice president of operations for Northwest Suites & Housing Services, President Dave Caple announced today. In this role, Marilyn will oversee sales, warehouse operations, cleaning services, laundry, reservations and the Housing Services division.
"In her relatively short tenure, Marilyn has had great success in improving the operational flow of the warehouse, enhancing our sales efforts, increasing our market share of the local rental furniture market, improving the look and feel of our suite furnishings, and helping her employees to maximize their potential," said Caple.
Fink joined Northwest Suites & Housing Services in April of 2003 as director of operations. Prior to joining the company, Fink acquired considerable experience in the rental furniture arena as a member of the senior management team at CORT Furniture. She also worked for MBI Systems in furniture and office product sales and for GranTreeFurniture as a sales manager for residential rentals. Fink is a co-founder and board member of the Washington Multi-Family Housing Association.
Fink earned a Bachelor's degree in speech communication from Western Washington University and an MBA from City University with an emphasis in Managerial Leadership. She resides in Bellevue.
