Chelsea Brown brings over a decade of Property Management experience to ABODA. Her industry expertise comes from working in corporate housing, student housing, and luxury multi-family housing. Chelsea has successfully maintained healthy portfolios ranging from 50 to 3200 beds, and has taken this experience to help owners and investors create innovative strategies for optimal financial and operational performance. Chelsea has her Real Estate Brokers License and is also certified in Small Business and Entrepreneurship from Spokane Community College.

Kimberlie Clairmont has experience managing large apartment properties, commercial management, and single family homes since 1994. From 1994-2001, she was a self-employed owner of a property landscape and building maintenance company that held a portfolio of over 100 commercial and single-family properties. She understands the importance of troubleshooting potential issues and looking out for owners' best interest in their properties. Kimberlie currently holds her Real Estate Brokers License.
